Catherine King Welcomes Supplementary Volunteer Grants 2020
Volunteers play a crucial role in our community. This year, more than ever, many people have relied on volunteer organisations for not only support but companionship.
Today Catherine King, Federal Member for Ballarat welcomes the announcement that the Australia n Breastfeeding Association – Ballarat Group will receive $1805 to continue their indispensable service to the Ballarat Community.
“Our volunteers have been and will remain an integral part of Australian life, before and after this pandemic.”
The next Volunteer Grants round is expected to open mid-2021 and community groups are encouraged to contact Catherine King’s office on 5338 8123 to receive regular updates about further on this and other grant opportunities.
